  • Life is full. I’ve made it simple for the both of us… if you’re hunting for beautiful, emotive photographs and want to work with someone with over a decade of experience working with couples and oh.so.many. kids… then let’s do this.

  • For full sessions, you’ll choose either the gorgeous photo studio located on our family farm in Troutville or you can book your session for a location of your choice!

    I’ve been scouting out my favorite spots since moving here in 2012. For families choosing a Full Session not at the studio, if you don’t have a special location in mind or want to hold the session at your home, I have a location guide full of examples of my favorite places! I love trying new areas…but I also understand simplicity!

    For mini sessions, those all take place at our family farm’s photo studio in Troutville, Virginia. We have chickens, quail, ducks, and kittens…but more important… we have gorgeous trees, beautiful sunset lighting, and a quaint , little creek for the sweetest, private, shady family photos.

  • Bring it.

    Kids are my jam. We have six of our own and I have dealt with some pretty awesome littles over the years. From reluctant teenagers to tantrum-loving toddlers… I can handle it. You know your family most. We may not get all of those 'everyone is looking and smiling’ photos like you have saved on your pinterest board, but we will get hugs, tickles, cuddles, and twirls. There may be bubbles or flowers or being thrown up in the air moments, too. But my goal is gorgeous images of your family doing it’s thing, whatever that thing might be.

  • Oh, yes! I’ve bartered for all things from dental care to grass fed beef to clothing for the client closet! If you have a service or something awesome you’d like to chat about… reach out!

    As I’m building the Client Closet, I do have a really awesome Props for Pictures option!

 
 

  • Absolutely. This may be the perfect reason to book a mini session.

    Mom needs to be in photos. She often is the one taking all the sweet pictures of her family when hiding behind the camera. One day, all our children will have left from us is memories. Let’s leave them with tangible ways to remember just how much we loved them, just how we held them, and the opportunity for them to love us just as much as they love us right this moment.

  • Mini Session:

    -15 minutes

    -Themed

    -Session takes place at our Family Farm Photo Studio in Troutville, Virginia

    Full Session:

    -Untimed (typically 60-90 min)

    -Session takes place at our Family Farm Photo Studio in Troutville or your home, your favorite spot, or an agreed upon location

  • My pricing is based on simplicity. Because it doesn’t need to be complicated.

    Mini Session Fee - $150

    Studio Full Session Fee - $250

    Custom Full Session Fee - $375

    Your session fee includes the session planning, full access to the Client Closet, the session, and hand editing a beautiful online proof gallery where you can see your photographs before you decide which to purchase.

    Once you’ve seen your gallery, you’ll pick your absolute favorites and purchase a digital collection, prints, albums, or framed prints.

  • Within 24 hours, you’ll see a sneak peek. This is typically on social media, but it can be sent via private message if you prefer. Within 2-3 weeks, you’ll receive a link to an online gallery. In this gallery, you’ll be able to see all the best images from your session, choose your favorites, and place your order. You have the ability to send this link to any of your friends and family, if they’d like to purchase any products! Once your digital collection order is complete, you’ll receive the images immediately via email! So quick and simple!

    Products take an additional 2-3 weeks after ordering to be delivered.
